Instructional Delivery: Deliver comprehensive classroom instruction to cadets utilizing the Marine Corps-approved Program of Instruction (POI).
Co-Curricular Oversight: Develop, support, and manage co-curricular teams, including drill, rifle, raider, academic, physical fitness, and cyber/leadership teams.
Operations & Accountability: Maintain ultimate accountability and accurate records for all MCJROTC equipment, uniforms, and instructional materials.
Community & Public Affairs: Organize and participate in community service events, competitions, school functions, and public affairs efforts. This includes engaging local schools and civic groups, as well as managing occasional evening and weekend commitments.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the school Principal, district officials, parents, and community stakeholders to promote program awareness and maximize cadet success.
Instructor Mentorship: Oversee shared teaching responsibilities and mentor the Marine Instructor (MI) to maintain an optimal educational environment.
Post-Secondary Guidance: Actively promote post-secondary education opportunities and assist cadets with college and scholarship applications
Complete other duties as assigned.
